Ringfence SEO Terms of Service

By enrolling in any Ringfence SEO program (“Service”), you agree to the following service-specific terms in addition to the general terms and conditions available at https://ringfenceseo.com.

1. Subscription and Commitment

  • Ringfence SEO programs are billed either monthly or annually.

  • Annual plans offer a discounted rate compared to monthly subscriptions.

  • The selected pricing and term at sign-up remain fixed for the duration of the agreement.

2. Ranking and Retention

  • We commit to maintaining or improving your rankings while we manage your SEO.

  • If services are paused or canceled, ongoing work will stop, and site rankings, backlinks, and placement may decline as assets linked to our service are decommissioned.

3. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel at any time. However, canceling before the end of your term does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining duration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Upon termination, exclusive access, content, link structures, and strategy elements tied to Ringfence SEO will be withdrawn.

4. Ringfence SEO Surge™ vs Ringfence SEO Exclusive

  • Ringfence SEO Surge™ is built for quicker impact. Expect initial visible ranking movement within 4–6 weeks.

  • Ringfence SEO Exclusive involves deep authority-building strategies. Initial ranking progress may take a minimum of 60 days.

  • Exclusive clients must commit to at least a 3-month period to achieve intended outcomes.

5. Limitations

  • We do not guarantee #1 rankings for every keyword but will provide transparency on growth, opportunity, and movement based on agreed deliverables.

  • SEO performance is influenced by competition, site structure, and external factors outside our control (e.g., Google algorithm updates).

6. Refunds

  • SEO is a performance-based service. As such, no refunds are provided for work completed unless there is a breach of contract on our part.

7. Service Ownership

  • All strategy, content, and backlink structures are proprietary to Ringfence SEO unless otherwise stated.

  • On termination, we reserve the right to remove or deactivate SEO infrastructure we’ve built as part of the service.
